A 5280 Transitions Sober Living House provides a healthy living environment for mastering the social, emotional, behavioral, and professional demands of society. Our houses are centered around peer-driven accountability with each house monitored by a live-in house manager. With 5280, you will enjoy the support and encouragement you need to transition from treatment to independent living.
Studies have shown that the first twelve months after finishing rehab are critical to improving one’s chances of staying sober for life. With sober living, residents enjoy a mutually supportive atmosphere geared to helping them maintain sobriety while also removing common triggers that may lead to relapse. Central to sober living are House Rules, which are carefully-crafted and proven principles designed to help you relearn and readjust to a life of sobriety.
5280 Transitions offers sober living homes that are 100 percent focused on recovery and personal growth. Our mission is to provide a healthy living environment for all residents by emphasizing adherence to structure and strict accountability. As such, our residents are assigned responsibilities that are not only expected but imposed. From hard-won experience earned by our house leaders and residents, we understand that these expectations and responsibilities are vital in mastering social behaviors in real life situations––and will serve you well as you transition back into normal life.
Our sober living homes are located in upscale, centrally-located neighborhoods close to 12-Step programs, job opportunities, public transportation, and other amenities.
